What Are Playstyles?
Playstyles are unlockable abilities that trigger automatically in relevant situations. Unlike attribute stats that improve a number, playstyles change the animation and physics of specific actions entirely. Playstyle+ (the enhanced version) unlocks at a higher progression level and provides a significantly stronger version of the base effect.
Best Playstyles for Striker (ST)
- Finesse Shot: Makes curled shots more accurate and more likely to find the corners. Essential for strikers who cut inside or shoot from angles inside the box. The most widely used offensive playstyle in the game - if you only equip one, make it this.
- Power Shot: Adds pace and venom to power shots specifically. Useful for strikers with space who can create shooting lanes from distance.
- Aerial: Improves heading accuracy and aerial duel success. Vital for target man builds - without significant height and heading attributes to support it, the base version adds minimal impact.
- Rapid: Provides a burst of acceleration at top speed. Particularly effective for pace-based Advanced Forward builds who rely on running in behind the defence.

- Incisive Pass: Makes through balls more accurately weighted and harder for defenders to intercept. The most important playstyle for any creative midfielder - through balls become significantly more dangerous with this active.
- Tiki Taka: Speeds up short passing and makes passes under pressure harder to intercept. Excellent for CAMs who play between the lines and need to release the ball quickly in tight spaces.

- Anticipate: As with CDMs, Anticipate is the premier CB playstyle - standing tackle success is the core job of a centre-back in open play.
