Looking For Players Template for EA FC Pro Clubs (Copy and Paste)

4 min readUpdated April 15, 2026

Why Club Recruiting Posts Need Structure

The quality of players you attract is heavily shaped by the quality of the post itself. A vague club post attracts vague replies. A structured post attracts players who understand the commitment and already know if they fit.

Copy-Paste Recruiting Template

Use this format when your club is recruiting:

Looking for players
Platform: [Current Gen / Old Gen]
Region: [UK / EU / NA East / NA West / etc.]
Positions needed: [Be specific]
Session times: [Days + time zone]
Mic required: [Yes / No]
Club level/style: [Casual / competitive / possession / high press / etc.]
Trial format: [How many games, what you evaluate]
What we need: [Short role description]
Extra: [Anything else players should know]

Example of a Strong Recruiting Post

Looking for players
Platform: Current Gen
Region: EU
Positions needed: CB, LB, CDM
Session times: Tue/Thu/Sun 8pm-11pm CET
Mic required: Yes
Club level/style: Organised, patient build-up, regular eleven when possible
Trial format: Two or three matches in role, focus on shape and communication
What we need: Defensive players who hold position and stay calm in build-up

What Players Want To Know Immediately

Good players screen clubs too. They want to know whether your schedule fits, whether you are serious, whether there is a real role open, and whether the trial process is fair. If you hide all of that, the strongest players often move on to better posts.

Bad Recruiting Posts To Avoid

  • "All positions needed" when you really only need two roles.
  • Not listing session times.
  • Not explaining how trials work.
  • Acting competitive in the post but disorganised in the details.

Where To Use It

Once the template is filled out, publish it on Clubs Recruiting so players can filter by position and region. You can reuse the same structure on Discord, Reddit, or X if you recruit across multiple channels.
