Pro Overall is the overall rating of your created player (your "Pro") in EA FC Pro Clubs. It's the number that appears on your player card - similar to how Mbappe might be a 91 OVR in Ultimate Team, your Pro has its own overall rating based on how you've built and developed it.
How Pro Overall Is Calculated
Your Pro Overall is a weighted average of your attribute stats, with the weighting depending on your position:
- Strikers: Finishing, positioning, and pace are weighted highest
- Midfielders: Passing, vision, and dribbling carry the most weight
- Defenders: Tackling, marking, and physical stats matter most
- Goalkeepers: Reflexes, positioning, diving, and handling
This means two players with identical total attribute points can have different overalls if they play different positions.
How to Increase Your Pro Overall
Your Pro Overall increases as you earn skill points and allocate them to your attributes:
- Play matches. You earn XP from every game which unlocks skill points.
- Complete objectives. Weekly and seasonal objectives grant bonus XP.
- Allocate points wisely. Focus on the stats that matter most for your position - they have the biggest impact on overall.
- Unlock perks. Some perks add passive stat boosts that push your overall higher.
Does Pro Overall Matter?
It matters less than you might think. A 88-rated Pro with perfectly allocated skill points for their position will outperform a 90-rated Pro with scattered stats. Overall is a summary number - the individual attributes underneath are what actually affect gameplay.
That said, higher overall does mean more total attribute points invested, which generally makes your player better across the board.
