What Are Pro Clubs Objectives?
Objectives in EA FC Pro Clubs are in-game challenges that reward you with XP and cosmetic items for completing specific tasks during matches or across a season. They are one of the primary ways to earn XP quickly and progress your Pro's overall rating, alongside simply playing matches.
Objectives are displayed in the Objectives menu from the main Pro Clubs hub. You can track them at any point and monitor how much progress you have made toward each one. They are separated into several categories, each with their own refresh schedule and reward structure.
Types of Objectives
Match-Based Objectives
These objectives require you to perform specific actions during a single match or within a small number of matches. Examples include scoring a certain number of goals in one game, completing a set number of passes with a high completion rate, or earning a match rating above a threshold. Match-based objectives tend to be easier to complete quickly because they reset or progress based on individual performances rather than cumulative season totals.
Weekly Objectives
Weekly objectives refresh every week and offer a time-limited opportunity to earn bonus XP. These typically involve completing a small set of tasks across several matches during that week. Because they reset, you get a fresh chance every seven days. Prioritising weekly objectives is almost always worth it since they offer reliable XP on a recurring basis.
Season Objectives
Season objectives last the full duration of a Pro Clubs season and tend to require more sustained effort. They often involve cumulative totals such as scoring a total of twenty goals across the season, recording a set number of clean sheets, or completing a certain number of matches. These objectives reward patience and consistency rather than grinding a single session.
Cumulative Milestones
Some objectives track all-time milestones across your Pro's career, rewarding you as you hit significant thresholds. These complete themselves naturally over time and require no specific strategy beyond continuing to play.
Which Objectives Give the Most XP?
Season objectives and weekly objectives generally offer the highest XP rewards. Match rating objectives are particularly efficient because a strong all-round performance in any position can earn you a high rating regardless of whether you score or assist. Objectives tied to goals and assists also carry solid XP payouts and are achievable in attacking positions with the right build.

How to Prioritise Objectives That Fit Your Playstyle
The fastest way to complete objectives is to focus on ones that align with what you are already doing in matches. If you play striker, chase goal-scoring and shot-based objectives. If you play as a goalkeeper, clean sheet and save objectives will complete themselves. Forcing yourself into awkward play to complete objectives that do not suit your position will hurt your match rating and your club's results.
That said, some high-value objectives are worth adapting for. If a weekly objective rewards significant XP for completing five assists, consider asking your club to let you rotate into CAM for a few matches. Assists objectives are easiest from a creative midfield role where you are making passes into the final third every possession.
Fastest Ways to Complete Common Objectives
- Goals objectives: Play striker or winger. Ask your club to set up counter-attacking tactics that put you in behind the defence frequently. Focus on one-on-ones rather than shooting from distance to keep your conversion rate high.
- Assists objectives: Play CAM or advanced midfielder. Set yourself up to receive the ball in pockets of space and play through balls to runners. Winger positions with crossing ability also rack up assists quickly if your striker is reliable in the air.
- Clean sheet objectives: Play CDM or CB. A strong defensive performance that limits the opposition's shots on target is the main requirement. Coordinate with your goalkeeper and the rest of your backline to hold a compact shape.
- Pass completion objectives: Play DM or CM and focus on short, safe passes to teammates rather than risking speculative long balls. Keep it simple and your completion percentage will stay high.
- Match rating objectives: Play a position you know well and focus on doing the basics correctly. Consistent defensive and offensive contributions raise your rating more reliably than chasing highlights.
Do Rush Objectives Differ from Club Objectives?
Yes. Rush mode has its own separate set of objectives that are tracked independently from standard Club objectives. Rush objectives tend to focus on the specific format of that mode, such as scoring in Rush matches or completing Rush seasons. Progress from Rush matches does not count toward your standard Club objectives and vice versa. If you want to learn more about how the two modes compare, see our article on Pro Clubs vs Rush mode in EA FC.
Tracking Objective Progress In-Game
From the Pro Clubs hub, navigate to the Objectives tab to see your current progress on all active objectives. Each objective shows a progress bar and the remaining number of actions needed to complete it. You can also pin specific objectives to track them in real time during matches, which appears as an overlay on your screen. Pinning objectives that are close to completion helps you stay focused on finishing them off without disrupting your natural game.
You can also track your overall Pro stats and match history at PROCLUBS.IO to monitor your performance trends across sessions and plan which objectives are realistic given your current output.
Objectives That Are Not Worth Grinding
Some objectives require you to play in ways that actively hurt your club. For example, an objective that requires twenty long-range shots in a single week will likely harm your match rating and your team's attacking efficiency. Unless the XP reward is exceptional, skip objectives that force you into counterproductive play and focus on the ones that complement what you do naturally. The consistent XP from match ratings and weekly objectives will always outperform grinding awkward challenges.
